Description Technical Specs
If you look closely, this is a star within a star within a star within a star. The center star is actually a star anise. This is amazing carving detail when you consider that the entire star is less than an inch across!

This cookie mold makes a perfect one-bite cookie or in fondant, a mini-cupcake topper.

You can use the mini star springerle mold for crafting; try medallions on greeting cards (We recommend Delightâ„¢ 15003).

Springerle Cookie Cutter Tip: Use a 1.5" plain round cutter found as a single (11152 or 16122) or as part of nested set 12111. A subtle fluted round from either set 12007 or 12112 looks well also. All of these cutters and more are found in the Accessories section directly below.

Springerle Dough Thickness Tip: 5 or 8 mm using our Dough Thickness Guides 10009.

Bake at 290 degrees F 10-14 minutes until bottoms begin to turn a hint of golden color.
