Description Technical Specs
The turtle or tortoise symbolizes longevity, patience, protection and wisdom. In Asian cultures it was thought to ward off evil. And how can we forget the story of the Tortoise and the Hare? This Tortoise springerle cookie mold is well detailed all the way to its delicate toes. The shell is dimensional and will have a domed rounded surface that you can feel on the cookie. This springerle mold produces an eating-size cookie that looks well on a cookie plate.

Springerle Cookie Cutter Tip: The cookie looks well with a plain round 46-51mm / 2.0" dia. (singles: 16123, 16024, 11051). It also looks well with a cutter from our nested set of plain rounds (12112) or from our nested sets of subtle fluted rounds (12007, 12111).
Springerle Dough Thickness Tip: 8mm using our Dough Guides (10009).
